Title Work Solutions (TWS Title, LLC) is a firm that provides title search, title insurance, and closing and escrow services. In addition, we provide a range of services for real estate investors ranging from tax sale, bankruptcy, foreclosure and other distressed property transactions to assignment contracts and fast cash closings.
Comprised of a group of knowledgeable, experienced professionals, TWS Title brings to Arkansas a strong, top notch team that can accomplish all the tasks required to successfully conduct and facilitate real estate title and closing services.

Leadership
Paul Younger, an established real estate attorney, is a graduate of the University Of Arkansas School Of Law and was admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in 2013. In 2021, he leveraged his decade of experience in real estate transactions and investor services background to establish TWS Title, LLC, in Farmington, Arkansas. Mr. Younger is also the founder of The Arkansas Real Estate Attorneys, PLLC.
